What we collect
Your account basics (email, display name, town), your activity on the platform (bids, maximum bids, watchlists, saved searches, invoices), and messages you send us. Auctioneers may also upload customer lists containing names, emails, and phone numbers of people they have done business with — those lists belong to that auctioneer and are only used on their behalf.
How it's used
To run the auctions: placing your bids, showing live prices, generating invoices, and notifying you about things you've chosen to follow (outbids, lots closing, pickup details, invoices).
Auctioneers can send announcements to their own audiences — their watchers, bidders, past customers, and lists they've uploaded. Auction Arkansas does not sell your information to anyone.
What others can see
Other bidders see only your paddle number — never your name or contact details. The auctioneer running a sale you win sees your display name and invoice so pickup works. Your maximum bids stay hidden from other bidders; when a seller views leading maximums for their own sale, that access is permanently logged.
Payments
Auction Arkansas never collects or stores your card details. Payment happens directly with the auctioneer through their own payment provider.
Your choices
Edit your display name and town in Account settings. Unwatch, unsave, or stop following anything at any time. Want your account or data removed, or have any privacy question? Contact Auction Arkansas and a human will handle it.
Housekeeping
We use session cookies to keep you signed in — no advertising trackers. Data lives with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) in the United States. This policy will be finalized with counsel before broad launch; material changes appear here with a new date.
